Axiom’s low-cost solution to the traditionally high cost of mandate preparation services. When choosing Axiom, you can expect bigger and better documented reimbursement claims because we use a revolutionary web-based data collection tool called Mandate timekeeper™.

Our customary service includes an annual visit to the district office where we collect district-level data, conduct staff trainings on the current mandates, and provide training on Mandate timekeeper™. Instead of collecting data just once or twice a year, we collect data all year-long through Mandate timekeeper™. Each month your district and school staff will receive a mandate survey via email that has been custom-tailored to them, based on their participation in mandate reimbursable activities. At anytime, staff can quickly view their recorded mandate activity be logging in to Mandate Central and clicking on the Activity Log link. District and site Administrators will have access to a variety of Mandate Status Reports where they can view all mandate activities recorded to date by district, site or individual staff. At the end of the fiscal year, you will receive a data disk containing all the claims filed, and scanned copies of back-up documentation.
