They get more information with less headache and we spend less money than previously experienced. Everything is web based so our employees can log claims as they go with no hassle. Our claims are more accurate and we are seeing more time documented because of this. Each of our employees get a friendly e-mail reminder at the end of the month to log their claims. What a huge difference from what we did before. Mailing logs back and forth, running down signatures and having agents come to our sites during the busiest times of the year are a thing of the past. Axiom cost us half of what our previous agent did, plus we get better service. We all need to watch our budget and spend less in these hard times. I would never have believed we would get better for less until Axiom!

I really do appreciate the monthly reminders to record my reimbursable time. I like the fact that Mandate TimekeeperTM is accessible from work or home and that I am able to complete my surveys when it is convenient for me. The pull down menus are a nice feature because I only have to spend time responding to the mandates that are relevant for the month, which makes completing the surveys even quicker. I much prefer this method to going through a list of instructions and recording my time on paper log sheets.

I think the email surveys work great and save us a lot of time and paper compared to the old way of logging everyone’s time, etc. It is so much easier to log them online and I like the way the email surveys are set up to be received monthly.
