As I mailed in our new contract yesterday, I was thinking
how pleased I am we went with Axiom. The cost is significantly
less and the service significantly better. I appreciate that
when I call there is always a consultant available to answer
my questions. In addition, we appreciate that the surveys
prompt us when we need to log something and are very user-friendly.
I haven’t heard one complaint about our new mandated
cost-gathering process! Quite different than the past. "
