Job Description

The consultant is our core staff position responsible assisting our clients with developing the client’s understanding of how best to implement our products and services including, but not limited to, technical questions, training, and generally assisting clients on contracted products and services after sale.

 Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience and previous professional background in consulting, sales or account management and maintenance.
• Outstanding written, verbal, communication, including use of proper grammar and punctuation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a collaborative team member within company departments.
• Polished and professional speaking and presenting skills for a wide variety of audiences.
• Willingness to adapt to changes necessary for a high-growth leading-edge company and ability to follow-through on tasks.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressures of deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to manage and maintain accounts to include contract negotiation and contract renewals.
• Willingness to occasionally travel overnight with own transportation throughout California. All travel expenses are reimbursed.
